LET’S FILM is a video production company based in Barcelona. We produce commercials, brand films, product video and documentary work for sport, tech and sustainability brands, and we film across Spain, Italy and the rest of Europe. How video production works, from brief to delivery
Five stages. A standard project runs four to six weeks from approved script to final films.
1. Concept and script
We read the brief, ask what the video has to achieve, and write the treatment. You get a script and a storyboard before anyone books a camera. If you arrive with the concept already written, we skip to stage two.
2. Preproduction
We lock locations, cast, permits and shot list. By the end of this stage everyone on set knows exactly what we are shooting and why.
3. Shoot
One to three days on set or on location, depending on scope. We shoot with the delivery formats already in mind, not as an afterthought.
5. Revisions
You review the cut and share your notes. We fine-tune every detail until it is exactly right.
4. Post production
Edit, color, sound and motion graphics come together here. You see a first cut, give feedback, and we refine until it is ready.
6. Delivery
Final files in every format you need: vertical, square, horizontal, subtitled, cut down for ads. Ready to post the same day.
